Upgraded Timing Function: Included is a timing function with a 0-99 H range, ideal for constant temperature fermentation, suitable for making alcohol, essential oil, and hydrosol. Setting it for 3.5 hours is recommended when distilling 1.1 Gal/4 L water to reduce limescale by leaving some water at the bottom.
Selected Materials & Fast Heat Dissipation: Parts in contact with water are made from food-grade 304 stainless steel. The 1.03 Gal/3.9 L glass carafe with silicone buffer is durable. A built-in 4-blade aluminum fan and SUS 304 condensing coil provide efficient heat dissipation.
User-Friendly Accessories: Comes with cleaning powder and three replaceable carbon packages for easy maintenance. Leaving water at the bottom after each distillation minimizes limescale. The carbon pack at the water outlet enhances purification and taste adjustment.
